Andrea Brandt is a Danish photographer currently based in Copenhagen. Through her photography, she captures the essence of youth, drawing inspiration from the interplay of light and darkness reminiscent of fairytales. Her work is deeply rooted in nostalgia and childhood memories, reflecting on the innocence, wonder, and emotional depth of past experiences. She is inspired by strange magical yet familiar worlds and holds exploration and storytelling as central pillars of her practice. Her images often have a painterly aesthetic and embraces a warm nostalgic energy.  

Andrea holds a Master in Fashion Photography from the London College of Fashion. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Photographic Communications at the Danish School of Media and Journalism in 2023.
